Starting Construction
Every home we build starts with a strong foundation. Our expert builders will level the ground, setting the stage for your home’s structure. We’ll carefully prepare the base and support to make sure your home is sturdy. Next, we’ll install the plumbing underground before we pour the concrete.
Framing
After the concrete is done, we move on to framing. This is when your chosen floor plan starts to come alive. The frame acts like the home’s skeleton, holding up everything from the walls and doors to the windows and roof

Rough-In Work
After we finish framing, we start on the rough-in work. This part includes working with electricians, plumbers, and HVAC to put in wiring, pipes, and ducts. These professionals will come back after the walls and ceilings are up to complete the setup, making sure all your fixtures work perfectly.
Inspections
Inspections are very important during building. Experts check the frame, plumbing, wiring, and mechanical systems to make sure everything meets code and regulations.

Selections
After we put up the drywall and trim, it’s time to make the house look like yours. Depending on the phase of the home and the allotted budget, you may get to pick things like cabinets, countertops, floors, and paint colors
Final Touches
In the final step of building your home, we’ll put in kitchen appliances and lay flooring. Meanwhile, exterior areas of the home will get painted while landscaping and sod are installed.

Move-In Ready
Congratulations on your new home! After we get the Certificate of Occupancy, we’ll set up a time to walk through your home together. We’ll show you all the special features and amenities it has. We’ll also talk about how to take care of and use the different parts of your home, so you know everything you need to.
Things to Remember
Remember, a construction site can be hazardous.. We urge home buyers not to visit the site without arranging it with P&M Builders first. Issues like broken windows and marks on walls are commons on a construction site and there’s no need for concern. These will all be addressed and resolved before your final walk-through, ensuring your new home is in perfect condition.
P&M Adams is here to help with any questions until it’s time to welcome you home.
